Last year, then sophomore Harrison Dow ‘27 ran the fastest 8K in school history - 24:21.8 - at the Conn College Invite. He went on to place 4th at NESCAC’s, 5th at Regionals, and 47th at NCAA’s.
This year, he ran EXACTLY the same time (well 24:21.97 but who’s counting) at the same meet, but this time coming off an 85 mile week. This man gives 100% to each single thing he does; he is excellent at the big things AND the little things.
7 days until NESCAC’s - back at Conn! 👀
PS. Tried to put a Roddy Rich song on here for ya, Dow, but meta isn’t about it.

Paul Short!
Last weekend, the Mammoths headed down to Bethlehem, PA for the 2025 Paul Short invitational! Led by Carter Bengtson with a massive 5th place finish, the Men’s team placed second overall, beating many nationally ranked programs along the way. This is a huge step in the right direction for the Mammoths and we are excited to continue building on this in the coming weeks!
On the women’s side, the Mammoths were once again led by Hannah Stephenson who placed 3rd in the incredibly deep race. The rest of the Mammoths quickly followed suit! Placing 11th, the Mammoths beat several nationally ranked squads even while missing some key pieces (who we are excited to welcome back very soon)!
Please stay tuned for more updates to come and we are excited for the next few weeks as we start to enter the postseason coming soon!
