Applied pressure and put my foot on the gas. 🏎️💨🔥
20 pounds can look VERY different when you build the right way.
The picture on the left? January 2025. I was still strong, still training, still putting in work, but I wasn’t as lean, and you can see the difference in my overall shape.
Fast forward to September 2026… 👀
20 pounds DOWN.
But what really has me looking at these pictures is not even the number on the scale.
It’s the definition.
The waist is tighter. The stomach is leaner. The legs have more shape. The shoulders and arms are showing more. My body looks more defined, conditioned, and athletic.
And that’s the part people don’t always understand about transformation.
You can lose 20 pounds and just become a smaller version of yourself… or you can lose 20 pounds while building and preserving muscle and completely change the way your body looks.
I wasn't chasing a smaller body. I was chasing a stronger, leaner, more defined version of me.
There were plenty of days when I didn't feel like doing it. Days when progress felt slow. Days when I couldn't see the changes because I was looking at myself every single day.
But I kept applying pressure.
Workout after workout.
Rep after rep.
Choice after choice.
And eventually, the work started showing up in the mirror. 🥵
20 pounds down. More definition. More muscle showing. Leaner physique. Stronger woman.
And baby… I just put my foot on the gas. 😮💨🔥
This isn't the finish line. This is the next level.
