We had such a great testing today. I know a lot of people are busy over the summer. Though thank you all that kept training.

And for Children we can teach them the life values and the importance of having: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and why we must have an Indomitable Spirit. And through the rigors of Martial Arts training we can all improve together!
