Meet Hazely! 💙🏊

If you’ve ever wondered what loving swim lessons looks like… this is it! Hazely is working hard on her rollovers and back floats, and every lesson she makes us smile. Our favorite part? She smiles underwater every time she swims! 🫧

Rollovers help swimmers learn how to get from their tummy to their back to rest and breathe, while back floats build confidence, body awareness, and an essential water safety skill.

We’re so proud of Hazely and can’t wait to watch her keep growing in the pool. Keep up the amazing work, sweet girl!

Just because it’s the 4th of July doesn’t mean water safety takes a holiday. 🇺🇸💦

Sometimes our little swimmers accidentally get a sip of water while learning bubbles… we share a quick laugh, encourage them, and get right back to practicing. That’s how confidence is built!

Whether you’re at the pool, beach, or lake today, keep your eyes on your little swimmers at all times. Active adult supervision is the best way to keep everyone safe while making unforgettable summer memories.

Meet Ava! 💙🏊‍♀️

Six-year-old Ava started her swim journey in private lessons and has now made the exciting transition into Swim Team Prep! While she was a little nervous at first, she’s already gaining confidence, making new friends, and having so much fun in the pool.

We are beyond proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow as a swimmer. Keep shining, Ava! 🌊✨

June was one for the books at Aqua Duks! ☀️💦

From kicking off Summer Swim Camp to celebrating Spirit Month with all the fun themed weeks, we’ve loved making memories with our amazing swimmers and families.
