Like we have said before…”How you do anything is how you do everything!” Our Youth athletes all aspire to one day play at the highest level their sport offers, yet they do not mimic the habits of those professional athletes.
Go to any professional sporting evening as early as possible, you will witness the elite of the elite all doing their own specialized warm up that caters to their performance needs hours before competition. That warm is followed by a group warm up which is then followed by a team warm up.
To play at a high level, you have to prep at a high level. There is no room for half 🍑 movements and lazy activation.
This isn’t just a GAINZWAY thing…this is a RIGHT WAY thing. We didn’t invent the science, we just learn and apply it.
