The Anchorage Golf Course (AGC), located on the lower hillside of South Anchorage, is a 6600 yard, public 18-hole course. Designed by renowned golf course architect, Bill Newcomb, the course is framed by the magnificent views of the Chugach Mountain Range, the Anchorage city skyline, Cook Inlet, and Denali (or Mt. O'Malley's on the Green offers not only one of the finest banquet menus in Anchorage but also a breathtaking view for that wedding and reception of a lifetime.

We're closed for the time being today so our maintenance crew can clean up after last night's windstorm. We'll decide about weekend availability later on today.

The last we checked, it was only a light sprinkle. We're GOLFING today with the last available tee time at 3 p.m. - we'll close the driving range shed door at the same time.

Not as much fog, but plenty of frost to start the day.

The course and range will remain closed until further notice. You can visit us in the golf shop until 5 p.m.

We’re taking each day as a new one this week, deciding in the morning of the course’s playing status.

Today, the course and the range opened 11 a.m.-3 p.m. with the golf shop open until 5 p.m.
