Found at Fred Meyers, intersection of Independenc, Lake Otis/Sentry.

Breakdown of the riddle: Holiday/ Will Smith Summer movie: Independence day The plaza has a garden center, pizza place then Perfect Look Salon. . Head towards Lake Otis and it was in the cart return. (Good ones always return carts) and there's a huge sign on the cart return that starts with "No Matter" Sentry was the superhero photo posted.

Any Radio station below 108 is FM (Fred Meyer)
