I’m coming up on my fifth birthday as a coach (first birthday as a gym owner). 🎉

Here are some of the more important things that I’ve realized and experienced along my journey. ✨

2025 was a year that I wish I could travel back in time to relive, over and over again.

It was the most successful year of my life, professionally. I grew into a version of myself that I’d been striving to be for quite some time and, with the help of my partners, am living a dream. The dream of running a business with partners who are like-minded and want the same as you and forming a partnership with a brand that I dreamt of being a representative of. 💪

I spent quality time with my loved ones, who have been by my side through all the other great years, but have also stuck by me when things seemed to hit rock bottom. I am always so grateful to have the family and friends that I have. You all know who you are (some are not pictured).❤️

I met the most loving, gentle and understanding woman I could have ever dreamt of coming across. Together, we made memories that will last us a lifetime, that we’ll laugh at when we grow old. Most importantly, I made her my fiancée and now she’s stuck with me forever. 😅🩵

I gained a new family that welcomed me with open arms from the moment I met them. You always made me feel like I belonged and I love you all for that. 🤍

Here’s to 2026 being an even better, more accomplishing year. 🥂

Dear Mikayla,

I remember the night we went on our first date like it was yesterday. Riding to the restaurant together, feeling super anxious and nervous. I knew that I had one chance to prove to you that I was worth giving a shot to because you were supposed to only give me one date (real funny how things worked out 😏). Ten minutes went by and I knew that I had found someone so special. We went on to share one of the funnest nights I’ve ever shared with someone. Fast forward to now and I’m so sad because I’m going from seeing you every single day to not seeing you for a long while.

I cannot thank you enough for coming into my life at the time you did. There are so many amazing qualities about you that I could rattle off, but the one thing that will always remind me of how lucky I am to have you in my corner is your everlasting love and support for me and how you continuously show up for me every single day. You have shown me what it really feels like to have a partner who loves unconditionally. You have shown me a love that I never thought was real and a love that I didn’t think I deserved.

Long distance is something that I’m not familiar with and, quite frankly, I hate it. I hate that I don’t get to see you for a long time, that I don’t get to come be with you after those long days of work, that I can’t hold you in my arms through the hours of the night. I absolutely hate this. However, I know that this will only bring us closer, will only make us stronger and will, one day, bring us that much closer to the life we want to achieve together. For us, I would do it a million times over if it meant that I got to be with you.

I love you so much, Mikayla. Thank you for changing my life in the best way.🩵

Cirque Series (6.1 miles, 3,912 ft vert) ✅

This was, by far, the most challenging feat I’ve ever conquered. The training and the race itself really took a toll on my body, but I’m incredibly proud of myself for conquering such a brutal mountain.

I’m not a mountain runner, or really a runner at all, but I’ve always had the drive and desire to push myself beyond what I ever thought I could do. That’s what keeps me taking on these crazy challenges (my loved ones think I’m insane 😬).

I don’t know what’s next on my list to check off, but I’m just excited to get back into my normal routine and find some balance again.

A huge shoutout to my girl, my family, and my friends who supported me not only through the event but throughout this entire journey. Your support never goes unnoticed. ❤️

I got to experience one of the coolest moments of my life today…

Four years ago, I started working at Lululemon and noticed the photos of people on the wall. I learned that a select few were handpicked to be brand ambassadors, chosen for their alignment with the brand’s core values and the impact they’ve made in the community of Anchorage. I remember looking up and thinking, “One day, that could be me.”

Fast forward to today… it’s finally here. I had the incredible opportunity to celebrate this moment with my loved ones, leaders, and team members as I became one of the newest ambassadors. 🍋

To say I’m excited would be an understatement. This is truly a dream come true and something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

Coaching has opened up so many doors for me and introduced me to some of the most amazing people. I’m so grateful I get to do what I love every single day. And now, I’m even more inspired to keep giving back to my community by doing what I do best: being a phenomenal coach and someone who lives to bring out the best in others. 🩵

Huge thanks to everyone who showed up for myself, my fellow ambassadors, and the staff, who worked countless hours to get the store prepped for this monumental moment. You all are the real MVPs. 🫡

Today is your day, king! 🎓👑

It was an honor to watch you walk across that stage today. Moments like these take me back to when we were kids—living together, fighting over whose turn it was on the video game, playing on the trampoline in the backyard until obscenely late hours, and even those times when I thought I was too cool to be around you. The truth is, you’ve always been the one who’s too cool for me. 🥹

I’m still in awe of how far you’ve come. Several years ago, seeing you in the hospital, I never imagined we’d be here today. But here you are, and I’m eternally grateful I’ve had the chance to witness you overcome obstacles no one else could. Watching you grow into the incredibly bright man you are has been a gift—and I’m just so proud of you. You deserve every bit of this. ❤️

I love you, brother. Keep being great, and thank you for letting me lecture you like I’m 40 years older than you. It all comes from a good place. 🫶🏽
