👉TRX for Balance, Mobility and Stability:
What is mobility and why is it important? Mobility relates to how well a joint moves, whereas flexibility is how far it moves. Mobility is a useful tool that helps to keep muscles working as we age, and help protect us against injuries like strains or sprains.
The TRX straps may look intimidating but don't be fooled--they are a wonderful assistance tool that allows the user to modify an exercise in a wide variety of ways to make it as effective as possible for their body.
Check out our class and let us show you how thr TRX can help you improve balance and mobility among other things in a safe and comfortable environment.
If you master mobility, you can even use the TRX as a tool to increase the intensity of your workouts.
: The most important part of training mobility work is to maintain slow, deliberate movements, keeping ideal form without much pressure. Think of this almost like yoga in terms of breathing and control – it is highly beneficial despite not being "hard core" or high intensity!
