Sunday, March 12. We will be exploring the 5 senses (jnanendriyas) and the 5 causes of suffering (kleshas) as we travel along our movement, breath and guided rest journey. This class is LIVE only and there are only 6 spots remaining! You may use your HEY pass or we have a cash/check sliding scale of $20-$40.

Sunday, March 19. Live or Zoom. A magical mixture of movement & rest, with a gentle focus on releasing the winter funk!
