A great big thank you to some of my fav people at one of my most fav places! Nov 11 will be 1 year. One whole year since my last surgery & port removal. My 4:45 class has been with me through diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and now survival. Here’s a shot of some of us still standing and smiling today, despite a leg blasting class & blustery wintery weather. We don’t just survive, we thrive!
