Year-End Celebration

Frozen Hardwood Spring League 5/6 Elite Division Champions 🏆

What a year it has been for our 5/6 team. Since August, this group has put in countless hours in the gym and competed in 40+ games. Several of our players also competed for their middle school team and even played up in the 7/8 division. They faced challenges, battled through tough stretches, and continued to grow every time they stepped on the floor. As coaches, we could not be more proud of the effort, attitude, and improvement this team showed throughout the season.

Wins and losses will always be part of basketball, but watching these players develop confidence, learn how to compete, support one another, and represent our program the right way has been the most rewarding part of the journey.

Thank you to the families for the time, support, and sacrifices that made this season possible. Excited to see what’s ahead for this group.

Frozen Hardwood Spring League

Last weekend, the 5th/6th grade AK Prime travelled to Fairbanks for the Golden Heart Classic. The boys went 5-0 and brought home the championship 🏆.

Winning the championship was an incredible accomplishment, but even more special was the camaraderie the players built throughout the trip. The memories made off the court were just as meaningful as the games themselves.

We are proud of these boys for the way they competed, supported one another and represented AK Prime all weekend long.

We also want to give a huge thank you to all the parents for your continued support. We truly could not do this without you.
