Anchorage Community Ice Management (ACIM) is a local nonprofit — built by the Anchorage Hockey Association — now contracted to manage both of Anchorage's municipal dual-sheet ice arenas.

No outside operator, no profit motive. Just the families, coaches, and skaters who already fill these rinks every day, running them openly and reinvesting every dollar back into the buildings.

✅ Zero management fees — 100% of net revenue reinvested
✅ Every current staff member who wants to stay, stays

Our Mission: to responsibly manage, operate, and continuously improve these citizen-owned facilities — so every Anchorage kid (and adult!) gets a safe, fun, and affordable place to play.

NHL Coach Thomas Speer (San Jose Sharks / Team USA) is bringing his Goal Scoring Camp to Dempsey Anderson Ice Arena, July 27-30!

18 hours of training: on-ice skills, classroom video, and off-ice strength work — the same approach used to develop players like Macklin Celebrini, Jack Hughes, and Cole Caufield.

NHL Coach Thomas Speer (San Jose Sharks, Team USA) is leading a Goal Scoring Camp right here at Dempsey Anderson Ice Arena.

Coach Speer has worked with some of the best players in the game — Celebrini, Hughes, Boldy, Caufield, Faber, Werenski, K'Andre Miller, and Hutson.

Here's what your player gets:
