As our spring season here in the Northwest winds down and all our attention turns to the Momma O's NPC Midnight Sun, NPC Washington Ironman and NPC Nationals, our sisters down in the Lone Star State are preparing for the NPC Oklahoma State Champs. Muscle Girls Lilli, Amber, Hailey and Katie will be led by Coach Sally and her husband Michael on June 9th.
Good luck Muscle Girls, we'll all be watching and cheering you on from the Greatland and across the country! Be sure to keep us up-to-date! And don't forget to post lots of fun pics!

Coach Cinzia from the Oxygen Magazine website in an article explaining the sport of fitness.
One of my driving coaches once told me as we strapped into Caprice with a Corvette engine, "Today, I want you to lose control of this car. Take it to the edge and then go further. You will never know where the edge is, how far you can push this thing, until you cross that line and lose it. From then on then on, you will recognize the limit as you approach it. Some times you gotta cross the line ...in order to know where the line is." Those words succinctly described a philosophy that had, and has ever since, shaped me as a man.
Aim high Muscle Girls! Set your goals for what today seems just outside your reach. Don't limit yourself to what you can accomplish now. Reach for a star - you just might capture the moon!

Next stop - VANCOUVER, USA! On March 31st eight Muscle Girls will be competing in the 2012 Vancouver USA Natural / Tanji Johnson Fitness, Figure, Bikini & Physique Championships! This is one of the greatest shows in the country and among the most competitive when it comes to the women's divisions.
