Taekwondo and Hapkido for youth and adults. Classes begin October 4th.Tuesdays, 7pm-8pm Youth. 8pm-9pm Adult. Alaska Native Heritage Center.
My martial arts background includes- Taekwondo black belt 2nd Dan. Black belt Hapkido 2nd Dan. I also have a background in Aikido, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Ground Survival and Jeet Kune Do basics. In Taekwondo, we'll focus on blocks, punches, kicks, self defense and basic forms. Hapkido consists of joint locks, breakfalls, weapons disarming, kicks and strikes. Hapkido is based on Korean martial art concepts as well as other martial arts.

Due to Covid 19 concerns in the Anchorage municipality, Taekwondo/Hapkido classes are postponed until further notice. Be safe. Paul
No class tonight, Holiday today. Center closed. Based on student's input, we'll have Taekwondo/Hapkido class Saturday. Youth 3-4pm. Adults 4-5pm, January 25th.
Taekwondo/Hapkido starts it's new class schedule tonight. Same times, just switching to Monday nights instead of Tuesdays.
Sorry, no class tonight 1-7-2020. We'll start up again next week. Stay warm.
