We DO have time for rest…
Repetition doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, for the nervous system, it can be deeply grounding because it creates a sense of safety.
When your body feels safe, it's finally able to relax.
My (near) monthly mini retreats have become a rhythm for my students because it’s a place where you know that you can let down all of your stuff, your stress, and be taken care of.
You’ll be walked through a gentle process to soften your heart and body,
where you can process grief, exhaustion and life’s challenges.
No words needed.
Just stillness.
And deep relaxation.
Which becomes a bridge to a deep well of inner peace and healing.
