Day two round 2
Gyming twice a day so I can find good results Iβm a short time, round 1 day 2 was cardio round 2 is weights. So Iβm behind in posting but Iβm doing my best to track my Macros =, fats, protein and carbs , total calories with the .macros app Itβs helped me in the past to stay and track and even allows you to log your water π¦have a great day guys!!!

Day 1 part one, 30 minutes fasted cardio 12/21/20 the reason? Running after 10-14 hours of cardio helps the body burn π₯ more fat. Because your body is hungry and looking forward an alternative fuel β½οΈ source we can tap into our fat stores much sooner. So weβre running on glycogen which is a form of carbohydrate / sugar in the body. Typically when your body does not need the excess glycogen itβs stored in your liver and muscles. Was that educational? πβπ½π
