Happy Trent Waldron Half Marathon finishers! Congratulations to all of the finishers. Thank you for supporting the Anchorage Running Club and the Anchorage Young Cancer Coalition for this memorial run, celebrating Marcie Trent and Larry Waldron.

Part 3 rest of the 10k race and finish line area of the Trent Waldron Half Marathon and 10k. Always so wonderful to see friends and family cheering on the racers!

The volunteers were setting up the Trent Waldron Half Marathon and 10k Saturday morning before 7am. Bib pick up and late registration before the race was busy. Perfect running weather, no rain, but slightly windy and cold at the start. Met runners from all over! Some pre-race photos.

Sunny Sunday runday. First session of Coach Rousey Marathon training group. All levels of runners- some training for their 1st marathon and others have run multiple marathons. Sunday run group met up for a shakeout run. Quite a few ARC members ran the Trent Waldron Half or 10k yesterday.

This 12-week training program is designed to get you ready for the Humpy’s Marathon—no matter your starting point. All fitness levels are welcome. Join Coach Rousey and the Anchorage Running Club (ARC) as we build toward the Anchorage RunFest on August 16, 2026.

Trent Waldron Half Marathon and 10k was this morning! Weather was great! We had a record number of registrants, over 600! Almost 200 registered this past week. Some international runners joined us this year from Belgium, Netherlands, Latvia, and Canada! Met runners from GA, OK, NY, PA, etc. Thank you to all the participants joining us for the 30th Anniversary race. Celebrating Marcie and Larry!
