When Stephanie came up to run the Zombie Half Marathon with her friend, little did she know that it would be the start of her love story and meeting Tony! Since then, she has relocated to Anchorage and they are both Anchorage Running Club members. Will you meet the one at the Zombie Half Marathon October 10, 2026? Nice Sunday for a run! The trails were busy. Thank you for joining us and welcome to all the new runners! Congratulations to Tyler on winning the raffle prize. Some of the runners are getting ready for the Zombie Half Marathon or Half Marathon 2 person relay on October 10.

Here is the Sunday ARC run meet up route. Meet at 12:30pm Sunday at Flattop Pizza and head out on the trail. Come back for social time and a raffle prize.

The Zombie Half Marathon or 2 person relay half marathon race will be on October 10, 2026 at Goose Lake. Point to point race, ending in Kincaid Park. All the runners will be responsible for coordinating their own rides to start and home from finish. Or consider the new 2 person relay to share this race with a friend.

Medal Monday! The next Anchorage Running Club race will be the Zombie Half Marathon on October 10, 2026. There is a virtual race option. Not quite ready to tackle the half marathon- new this year, 2 person relay half marathon team! Find your running buddy and join in on the fun!
