DEKA classes are every Monday at 6:45pm and Friday’s at 9:30am

The DEKA Mark is a new standard of testing designed to establish an objective baseline of fitness that motivates us to consistently push our bodies. It’s standardized, allowing you to improve over time and compare your results to all DEKA athletes around the world.

We have our first DEKA STRONG coming at you AAYMCA! It is time to train with purpose and get ready to EARN YOUR MARK! July 30th we are offering Individual Heats and welcoming the Team Heats at this event. We cannot wait to celebrate fitness with every one of you 👊
