Our building was recently sold and the new owners want us out. We are having a tough time finding warehouse space through normal means, and could use some promotion. We need warehouse space, commercial space, or another style of building that would fit a small gym in the Anderson area. We are a small business that believes in health and wellness for the city of Anderson - and we do not plan on this ending our gym!

Training for a better life OUTSIDE the gym.
We are busy people, not gym rats. We just want to be healthy, not train for bodybuilding shows or ultra marathons.
Forged Fitness is about 1 hour sessions, a few times a week to live better out in the real world. And when challenges rise like benchmark workouts, the Midnight Flight, or a Tough Mudder- we take them head on!

The annual Murph workout is this Saturday. Each year we honor those who paid the ultimate price, like Lt Michael P Murphy, by doing this challenging workout as a community.
