Kids class getting after it today.

This fall we're starting executive jiujitsu. Professional adults 40+ that want to train, learn a skill have fun and be part of a community with limited risk, maximum fun and maintaining our competitive edge as we age. Professional adults in their 40's, 50's 60's and maybe 70's. More information to follow !!

Kids class had a 4 team quartet using ankle straps. It was a lot of fun for the kids and the crowd loved it.

Tuesday at noon today filled with the big folk. Yesterday was filled with the lip folks.
