If we can get enough women interested in a self defense course only then we would love to put it together. We need your input to make it happen.

For the next 2 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 8 we are offering free try it nights. Come see what we are all about. We are in a beautiful building located on the grounds of the Stuben County Even Center in the Lions building just beyond the recycling center back by Dry Dock.
