Pella Girls Wrestling

When asked about teaching freestyle at our clinic, we thought she meant freestyle rap, so we were a bit disappointed when she started showing wrestling, but we still managed to have fun learning single leg finishes, leg laces, gut wrenches, and how our identity is rooted in more than just wrestling.
