8-10AM Open Gym on Memorial Day (5/25).
Feel free to come in any time between 8-10am to get a workout in before your Memorial Day activities.

Movement is transferable to life. The gym is a place to build understanding and confidence in your body to help you tackle daily life.
The more you practice moving, the better you get at it. Once you can control your body in space, using it to complete your day to day life becomes much easier.
Fitness is about adding quality to your life, not punishing yourself to become skinny.
Be strong. Move good. Enjoy all life has to offer.
