My workouts the past 2 1/2 weeks have been SO much fun - even with no power and all the other 2020 craziness...the new workout program I started makes it easy to forget all that for 30 min at a time!!
Itโs a 3 week program and Iโm starting another group with it next week!! The ladies who have been rocking it absolutely love this program. With personal challenges to beat your best, and cranked up music to keep you going, you wonโt believe how quickly 3 weeks goes by!
This one will finish with Labor Day...how great will you feel when you accomplish this by then?!?

This little girl has always wanted to be part of the action. โฃ

She was definitely the active one in my belly, while her brother just chilled. โฃ

When she gets worked up, one of the only ways we can help her calm down is by just doing normal things! She loves it when we bring her along to do things like laundry, dishes, cooking...you know, all those exciting daily tasks. โฃ

She doesnโt need to be entertained, she just wants to be there for it! โฃ

Now 5 months old, this little one has determined that my water bottle is something worth grabbing. I just got a new one, and she knew immediately what it was and that she wanted it! โฃ

Sooooo what happens if you snooze your alarm, wake up late, and end up feeling behind 15 min into your day?! โฃ
โฃ
You can ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ take control of your day! This is how my day started today - and instead of giving up, Iโm going to keep going and do the activities no matter how long they take! โฃ

Speaking of taking longer...This pic makes things look serene and calm, but a few minutes later, babies were screaming and didnโt let up until nap time. ๐ฌ โฃ

Years of having a morning routine have showed me the importance:โฃ

I know it will energize me, itโs a great opportunity to set my intentions and attitude, plus it gives me ๐ข๐ต ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ด๐ต ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ win for the day! โฃ

Even if (or when) the rest of the day goes downhill, at least we rocked our morning! โฃ

Habits take time and energy to build. If youโve tried to set up a morning routine before, and it didnโt stick, start again tomorrow! โฃ

When you enter a new season of life (like bringing home twin babies ๐ณ), your morning routine WILL change. I think you have to give yourself grace and time to find your new rhythm. โฃ

Keep doing the activities every day no matter the hurdles. It will be worth it when everything starts to click and you can knock it all out in record time! โฃ

Have you heard of the Miracle Morning by ? Itโs a great book that helped me ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ข ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฐ๐ฏ! His book taught me how to create a solid morning routine. โฃ

By doing the following things, even for 1 minute each - you can and will start to have really successful and accomplished days! โฃ

Try it and see for yourself - then tell me about it, Iโd love to hear what you think! โฃ

1. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ - say a prayer, stretch, just let it wash over you. Iโll bet you donโt get much of it during the day...โฃ
2. ๐๐๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ - write down/say a few statements about who you want to be and how you want to live your life!โฃ
3. ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง - map out your day and visualize how you want it to go. Take it a step further and create a vision board for the year or decade!โฃ
4. ๐๐ฑ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ - try a new type of workout for something fun! โฃ
5. ๐๐๐๐ - just 10 pages or 10 min a day can make a huge difference! โฃ
6. ๐ช๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ - write 3 things youโre grateful forโฃ
