Mine are; charging a watch (sometimes I run and just estimate pace/distance), staying hydrated, proper warmup (I’ll stop and stretch mid run if I’m hurting/tight), stretching after!, and staying motivated (I never regret it but it’s so hard to get out the door/make time some days 🙃)

Noah’s been in the clinic, testing out equipment lately. He’s a big fan of the weights and balls, but not really sure about the turf 🤣 Come join us for run groups on Tuesdays at 5:30pm, or let me know if you have any needs for PT.
