Hello Friends.
I wanted share that I will be retiring from the fitness industry effective August 31st.

Effective September 1st I will join Northway's Heating and Cooling. Yes, we are adding another family member to the family business.

I have made some amazing friends during my years as a trainer starting at Cap City Fitness to Trail Point ending at Nick Jarosh Fitness. Thank you to all who made my "job" fun.

To all of my clients, thank you for trusting me on your journey.

Guilt is an ugly self- inflicted feeling.
Today I am refusing to feeling guilty. At 11am I had finished my day of work and decided putting on my pjs was a necessity.
Why not be comfortable?
I have house work and computer work on my agenda.
Nothing that requires me to see anyone.
Today will be a guilt free day.
Put on those comfy clothes and proceed with your day.
Guilt Free!

Trying something new to me tonight.
Heading to Cascade pool to water walk.
I have seen posts from many friend who participate each week. Im looking forward to the cool water in this hot day. Bonus we also get a workout.
Shout out to my sister who is joining me for the fun.
Let the non-stop walking and chatting begin.

Yep, you read the right, TOE SPACERS.
It started 2 years ago, pain the the top of my foot. Toes dislocating when I would do 21” box step-ups. Lack of ankle mobility.
Then watched a video posted by Squat University talking about toe spacers.
I thought I would give them a try.
Today is Day 1. I will wear for 10 minutes everyday. 🤞this will help.
