URSA Academy / Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu and Kids Martial Arts - Ann Arbor

Hey all, this feels really bizarre to close the academy before the storm has started, but the radar / meteorologists know more than I do.

So, due to the pending ice storm, which is expected to cause extremely hazardous road conditions, URSA Academy is closed today, Wednesday Feb 22, for all evening classes.

As a reminder, our snow policies & closures are determined by Ann Arbor public schools (for the kids program,) and WCCC & EMU, for the entire academy. Please stay safe & we’ll see you on the mats soon!

*FYI, this is NOT the main URSA Academy page. It is a duplicate that FB is making extra difficult to merge with the other one. I’m posting here in case someone isn’t on both, but please follow the main Paige for the latest updates.

SATURDAY, 1/18/2020, URSA Academy & URSA Fitness Kickboxing will be closed & ALL CLASSES CANCELLED.

The forecast for tomorrow keeps getting worse, so since we typically have such an early start on Saturdays, we are cancelling now to give our team ample time to notify everyone & avoid any unnecessary travel.
