Congratulations to the students that participated in the National History Day competition at the River Raisin National Battlefield Park on Feb 28. Most will be going to the State competition at Saginaw Valley State University in April! Way to go NHD Club! We are so proud of you!

From the HOSA Coaches: The Michigan State Middle School HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) Tournament was this past weekend. The event included 417 registered participants from across the state of Michigan. We are proud to share that all of our students demonstrated excellent citizenship, strong performance, and represented Forsythe Middle School with distinction. Two students qualified for the HOSA National Tournament/International Leadership Conference, which will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana from June 17–20. One student got 4th place in Foundations of Nutrition. Way to go HOSA Club!

We are pleased to announce that our Magic Club has received a grant from MagiKids to upgrade our equipment. Every student received new dice, cards, and other materials, and they were extremely grateful. We also have sets available for new participants to join in.

The Forsythe chess team brought home the Junior High State Chess Championship! Way to go!
