Here's the setup required to complete Chip's "Kettlebell Friday."
4 rds of:
Goblet Squat
Swing
Double KB Incline Press
Batwing Row
He programmed this himself, which I think is fantastic. A good gym/trainer should, over time, provide an education. At this point, he only sticks around for my charm and magnetic personality.

Many believe that a trainer will motivate you to work harder. About 80% of the time, I'm finding sneaky ways to help people use LESS intensity so they can maintain good form, avoid injury, and stay in the game.
This would be good to keep in mind as you burn through your New Year's Resolution energy (which will be gone in a few weeks, btw). Be gentle with yourself in the beginning. Do a bit less than you think you can handle.
This way, you've at least got a shot at being in the tiny minority who will stick it out.
As my friend Keith Hafner would say, the tortoise always wins.
