Shannon won the 12 km event for the second time (47:26).

Jason won the 45-49 division of the 12 km race in 46:28.

Hayato won the 35-39 division of the 5 km race in 17:15.

Sophie Linn recorded a 5th place finish in the sprint triathlon at the Commonwealth Games, Birmingham 2022, surging 10 places off the bike. You will recall how Sophie's career blossomed after being part of the 3rd placed women's team in the 2019 Detroit Marathon Relay. To that point, she was merely a UM cross country and track alumni. According to The Sydney Morning Herald she is "stoked" (Australian for pleased).
