Our Donation Class: Mindful Movement to benefit Peace Neighborhood Center is this Sunday! Laura Fray Tyson will be teaching a gentle/level 1 Pilates class accessible to all.

We hope you'll use this hour as your own time to move mindfully — and carry that mindfulness beyond class and into the holiday season.

On Monday at 5:30 p.m., Laura will be hosting our weekly Donation Class: Core & Strength to benefit We the People Opportunity Farm.

In the last two weeks, we have seen our in-studio community quickly and successfully transition to an online community. We now have over 50 classes on our weekly schedule to choose from and are able to offer a new monthly membership format for unlimited livestream classes.

We have three pricing options available. The benefits remain the same at any level you choose. These options are meant to provide some flexibility in the face of all this uncertainty.
