Hey Roundtree Bar & Grill / Powell's Pub / Fender's Grill / JFP / McShane's softball family... our great friend, teammate, umpire and commissioner Art Serafinski is not well. He is at UM Hospital on a ventilator with the COVID-19 virus, needing a ton of prayers.
This photo was taken in January when he was inducted into the USA Softball of Michigan Hall of Fame.
If there are any prayer warriors out there... now is when we need you.

The Roundtree Bar & Grill guys now play under the banner of Powell’s Pub. This group clinched the Dead Guy league... er... the Ann Arbor 50+ Men’s League title this evening. Nice work, gents. Missing: Mel Edmundson, Denny Peters, Steve Trombino.

JFPowell’s enjoyed opening night tonight in the Dead Guy league. Winners. Keeping the Roundtree flame lit... Tony Thompson, Greg Shea, Steve Blunk, Tito Chase, and Chiz. (Yes, the burger is named after him.)

The Roundtree family tree now includes Powell’s Pub and McShane’s. This group, composed of several Roundtree originals or longtimers, nabbed another league title this week.
The bigger victory (the league is not terribly challenging) is that this group, after two decades and an overflowing tournament trophy case, still enjoys getting together on Thursday nights in the summer and fall to play.
Friends. Ballplayers. Teammates.
