Have you ever stopped doing something you loved because it hurt?
Maybe it was golf.
Maybe lifting weights.
Maybe playing with your kids or grandkids.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is people believing that pain automatically means they're broken.
Sometimes pain is a sign of an injury.
But many times, it's much more complicated than that.
