💚 ONE LAST WEDNESDAY WITH COACH ROBBIE 💚
Today, Coach Rob will coach his final classes at Fit2Live.
After nearly 10 years of coaching, leading, helping members, surviving and at time thriving in the pandemic with us, and being a huge part of what Fit2Live has become, Rob is officially moving on to his next chapter.
Ten years is a long time.
Rob has been a coach, our Gym Director, a zoom specialist, a true leader, a teammate, a goofball, a friend and one of the people we have trusted most with Fit2Live over the years.
If you’ve taken one of Rob’s classes, you know what he brings:
💪 Strength
🔥 Intensity
😂 A very recognizable laugh
🥸 An elite mustache
🙌 A genuine desire to help people get better
More than anything, Rob is genuinely Rob.
What you see is what you get with him. There is no act, no trying to be someone he isn’t. He is one of the most authentic people we know, and that sincerity comes through in the way he coaches, the way he works, and the way he cares about the people around him.
Members love you. Our coaches love you. We are going to miss having you here every Wednesday.
Rob, thank you for everything you have given Fit2Live over the last decade.
Thank you for showing up, working hard, caring about this place, and always being unapologetically yourself.
A great coach. A great man. A great friend.
Best of luck in your next chapter of being awesome.
Keep being you!

🎉 Prasanna is in the 1500 Class Club at Fit2Live! 🎉
What an incredible milestone for a longtime staple of the Fit2Live community!
Prasanna got his start with us around Thanksgiving of 2014 after spending nearly nine months researching CrossFit and working up the confidence to finally give it a try.
Now, nearly 12 years later, it's safe to say he made a pretty good decision.
Prasanna has officially completed 1,500 classes at Fit2Live!
If you've spent any time with our 6am crew over the years, chances are you've shared plenty of early mornings, hard workouts, laughs, and maybe an Eric pretzel or two with Prasanna.
He once perfectly summed up why he loves getting his fitness done first thing in the morning:
"Job DONE = NO anxiety for rest of the day."
That consistency has added up in a BIG way.
Over nearly 12 years, Prasanna has competed in Fall Brawls, built an incredible amount of strength and fitness, and continued to prioritize his health while balancing his career as an engineer and life with his family.
Back in 2019, when we asked about his long-term fitness goals, his answer was simple:
"I would like to be consistent and regular for a better me and my family."
Mission accomplished.
Prasanna is friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and a familiar face who helps make Fit2Live feel like home for the people around him.
Prasanna, thank you for trusting us with your fitness for nearly 12 years and for being such an awesome part of this community.
Congratulations on an incredible 1,500 classes!
Keep showing up, keep getting stronger, and keep being awesome!

It's true.
The heaviest weight in the gym is usually the front door.
Walking into the gym is often the hardest part.
👉 The doubts.
👉 The nerves.
👉 The little voice in your head telling you “not today.”
👉 The shoulda, woulda, couldas of regret
Here’s the good news:
Once you step through that door, everything gets easier.
✅ You’ve already won the first battle.
✅ You’ve already proven you’re stronger than your excuses.
✅ You’ve already chosen YOU.
At Fit2Live, we make sure that once you walk in, you’re greeted with:
🙌 Coaches who care.
👊 A community who cheer you on.
💪 Workouts that leave you feeling stronger, not defeated.
If you’ve been hesitating to walk through this door… remember:
The front door may feel heaviest, but our coaches and community will be here every step of the way to make it feel a little lighter.
You'll also get stronger mentally and physically which will certainly help to make opening that door a little easier 😜.

🎉 Elyse is in the 250 Class Club at Fit2Live! 🎉
A huge congratulations to Elyse on reaching the 250 Class Club at Fit2Live!
Elyse got her start at Fit2Live in November of 2024 with one simple goal: become stronger and more capable for all the adventures life has to offer.
Whether it's skiing, tackling everyday challenges, or simply feeling stronger in her own body, Elyse has embraced the process from day one at Fit2Live.
Her consistency has been outstanding, regularly making it to class 4-5 times each week while continuing to make impressive progress towards her functional fitness.
Since her last goal review:
💪 Skeletal muscle mass increased by 1lbs.
🔥 Body fat decreased has decreased by 1%.
💯Most importantly, she is doing more with her body physically than ever before and she is having a blast doing it!
From muscle-ups, push-ups, double-unders and more to her first Fall Brawl competition last fall, Elyse is crushing it.
One thing we especially admire about Elyse is her commitment, even when life changes with the seasons.
Instead of putting fitness on hold during summers at the lake, she's stayed on track by following remote strength programming from her Fit2Live coach, making sure she continues building momentum no matter where she is.
That's what long-term fitness looks like, consistency no matter the season.
Elyse continues to get stronger, more confident, and more capable every month, and we're proud to be part of that journey.
Congratulations on 250 classes, Elyse!
We can't wait to see everything you accomplish on your way to the 500 Class Club.

Willpower is overrated.
Not because it does not matter at all.
But because if your entire fitness plan depends on “being more disciplined,” you are probably going to have a hard time staying consistent when life gets busy.
Work gets stressful, kids need rides, sleep gets weird, your schedule changes, dinner becomes whatever is easiest.
Then suddenly the workout you swore you were going to do gets pushed to “tomorrow.”
That is not always a willpower problem.
A lot of the time, it is an environment problem.
If you want to build habits that actually stick, you need more than motivation.
You need the right people, the right plan, and the right support around you.
That is what we help create at Fit2Live. 💪
You get:
🏋️ Coaches who guide you with purpose
🙌 Members who notice when you show up
👊 People who check in when you've been gone
🧠 A plan that keeps you focused
📅 Workouts that fit your busy life
💙 A community that makes fitness feel less lonely
We do not just tell you to “show up more.”
We help make showing up easier, because your environment matters.
Your people matter.Your habits matter.
The good news is you do not have to build them alone.
If you are tired of relying on willpower and starting over every few months, we'd love to help.

🎉 Anders is in the 100 Class Club at Fit2Live! 🎉
Congratulations to Anders on reaching his first 100 classes at Fit2Live!
Anders joined us in June of 2024 after being referred by Dan Wilcox. As a structural engineer, he’s someone who appreciates having a solid plan, and he came to Fit2Live looking for just that.
His goals were straightforward: improve his body composition, learn how to lift weights with confidence, and address a few lingering injuries along the way.
Before joining Fit2Live, Anders stayed active through running, swimming, and rock climbing. He had even tried another local functional fitness gym but found the competitive atmosphere wasn’t what he was looking for.
He wanted coaching, not comparison.
Like many fitness journeys, his wasn’t perfectly smooth.
A wrist injury slowed him down toward the end of 2024, forcing him to take a step back from training for a while.
Then came January 2025.
Anders returned with a fresh mindset and hasn’t looked back since.
Today, he’s consistently attending class 3–4 times every week, continuing to build strength, improve his lifting technique, and become more confident in the gym with every class.
He’s also become a valued part of our community. Whether he’s tackling a challenging workout or encouraging the people around him, Anders brings a positive attitude that makes Fit2Live a better place.
Thank you for trusting our coaches and sticking with the process Anders!
Keep up the great work at Fit2Live!
We can’t wait to see everything you accomplish on your way to the 250 Class Club.

Let's give a big shoutout to this month's member of the month Jordan Hudgins!
Jordan has been a wonderful part of the Fit2Live community since joining us in March of 2024.
From day one, she’s been incredibly consistent, showing up week after week with a positive attitude and a willingness to put in the work.
Jordan recently celebrated reaching the 250 Class Club, a milestone that shows her commitment to her health and the steady habits she’s built over the past couple of years.
Whether she’s taking on a challenging workout or encouraging those around her, Jordan is always someone you can count on to bring great energy and a strong work ethic to class.
When she isn’t working on her functional fitness in the gym she is using it on the ultimate frisbee field playing competitively every chance she gets.
Her consistency, coachability, and friendly personality have made her a valued member of the Fit2Live community, we’re excited to recognize everything Jordan has accomplished so far.
For these reasons and many more, Jordan has been chosen as our Member of the Month for August!

Tell us a little about yourself, where you’re from, what you do outside of Fit2Live, family, hobbies, etc.
I was born and raised in Ann Arbor and have lived here my whole life. I graduated from U-M with a bachelor’s in statistics in 2021 and am currently working for the ADVANCE program at U-M doing faculty retention research. My hobbies are playing ultimate frisbee, crocheting, baking, and reading. I am also an avid Michigan Women’s Basketball fan and go to every home game.
What do you like most about Fit2Live, what keeps you coming back?
I love that I get to show up, the workout is planned, I work hard for an hour and then get to go about the rest of my day. The community of people are also really fantastic and the coaches are amazing. I like that I have friends at the gym and it is not just a place where I go to exercise.
