I SPENT YEARS 'EARNING' MY FOOD....
Workout for hours before.
Take walks or do laps after.
Close my "move ring", get those 10,000 steps...all to earn the restricted amount of food I was allowed to eat on my meal plan.
If I had done enough of the "right" things maybe I could earn my way to food that brought me pleasure. Maybe I would deserve it.
THIS IS NOT LIVING. Can I just say it?
😫 THIS SUCKED! 😫
Breaking this belief brought PLEASURE & SATISFACTION back to my life.
What about you? Has dieting and restricting taken pleasure from eating and replaced it with ideas about "earning" or "deserving" foods? YOU DON'T HAVE TO CONTINUE THIS WAY.

Sometimes rewatching can be a binge trigger. But sometimes it can be a soothing way to regulate emotions and feel the safety of "connection" without what may feel like a big risk being with people Try and honor how rewatching may have helped you, and might continue to do so.
