Summer Strength and Skills:
Week two of summer strength and skills training.
Middle School athletes are invited to the skills sessions.
Strength training is for high school athletes only. This includes incoming freshmen. We actually prefer all incoming freshmen and those new to the program to attend both sessions so we can work on mat room and weight room technique over the summer.
Skills training will be at the PE gym at the high school.
Strength training will be at the Indoor.
June training will go through 25 June.
Athletic office is closed the week of 29 June.
We will resume the same schedule on 6 July for four weeks.
