March Madness TOP PERFORMERS!!

Shout out to everyone that participated (about 15-17 individuals) in the 33 days of March Madness. We had some crazy numbers from a few people. You all are what keeps me going AND motivated to keep you all going as well! 🤩

Big props to my high softball coach .ohlsson for killing it in BOTH categories and earning herself a $50 prize. Well deserved 🥇🏆

12/31/2021 - Decided to Retest American KB and Burpee Challenge 😅

Total Reps of Each: 210

Time: 32 Minutes and 43 seconds

Sweat was drippin’ and Determination was heightened!! I’m just glad I finished and didn’t pass out in the process

🏁 Goal Crushin’ 🏁

Today marks the day the I completed the Challenge (October 24th - December 16th, 54 Days) that I participated in with a few coworkers and friends! It’s always scary to commit to a big goal but rewarding to see the number decrease each mile ran, which means closer to the finish line!

Yet another successful Miles Challenge in the Books 📚! 60+ people committed to moving for 28 days (4 weeks). The overall goal was to put emphasis on just moving, no matter the distance. We have 24 hours in a day, whatever you do commit at least 30 minutes to your Physical Wellness.

Major shoutout to those who participated and especially those that did something DAILY! You all keep me going and striving to better myself in the process. Looking forward to the next one 😎🥳

Are You Ready?! Time for Round 2 of the Mile Challenge - 4 Weeks. Looking for dedicated movers to RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️, WALK 🚶🏼, BIKE 🚴🏾‍♂️, and/or Elliptical to get AS MANY MILES AS POSSIBLE. The name of the game is just to MOVE!

Working out with a community makes it all the more fun. Dust off your running shoes, TAG A FRIEND, and let’s make moving fun!
