What an unbelievable week! Our campers brought the energy, focus, and plenty of smiles for Week 4 of our Eagle Tae Kwon Do Summer Camp. From martial arts mastery to classic summer fun, we did it all!

Cooling Off:A fun-filled trip to the water park to beat the summer heat! 💦
Learning & History: An educational field trip to the Army Museum to learn about dedication and service. 🏛️
Fun & Games: Testing strategy and teamwork with board games like Monopoly, Uno, and Twister. 🎲
Sweet Treats: Wrapping up the hot days with some well-deserved ice cream and popsicles! 🍦

🤸 Trampoline & Foam Pit: Catching major air, diving into the foam pit, and testing out the zip lines.
💦 Pool Day: Splashing around and beating the summer heat with our camp friends.
🎨 Glow-in-the-Dark Art: Getting creative with neon paint to design some seriously cool, glowing custom tote bags!
🎥 Movie Time:Winding down together to watch a film right here at the studio.

And another graduation in the books! 🎓✨
Please join us in sending a massive congratulations to Kayla, our former demonstration team captain, as she officially graduates as part of the 2026 Lake Braddock Secondary School graduating class! 🎉🎓
Kayla holds a special place in our team's history as a 2nd degree black belt and the first-ever captain to serve her full tenure without backing out, truly setting the foundation for all future captains to follow. From leading with excellence on the mats to crossing the stage today, we could not be prouder of her dedication, hard work, and unbreakable commitment.
Now that she has graduated, Kayla has officially handed the reigns of captain over to Evi. And... now being the biggest goof ball and source of laughter for our demo team.
The future is incredibly bright, and we can’t wait to see the amazing things Kayla accomplishes next!

🎓 Huge Congratulations to our Little Eagles! 🦅✨
There is a first for everything! Master Kang and I had the incredible honor of attending a kindergarten graduation!
We are incredibly proud to celebrate our amazing students at their kindergarten graduation! Watching them grow both on the mats and in the classroom is the absolute best part of what we do. From building focus and discipline to taking this huge step forward, these kids are proving they have the heart of a true martial artist.

Our demo team has been incredibly busy as of late, putting in the work and showing up strong! 🥋🔥
This past Friday, May 29th, we had the incredible honor of performing at Bren Mar Park Elementary for their annual International Night. It was an absolutely awesome event! Not only were the students at Bren Mar Park able to experience culture and food from so many different places, but our demo team got to join in on the fun and experience it all, too. 🌍🍲
They will wrap up this current performance routine after showcasing their hard work at our last school-year belt ceremony this upcoming Friday, June 5th!
