Last day to grab your tickets will be this Tuesday. Come out and show your support for GB & Maruf Mahmud. They will be fighting this Friday in New York City for Warriors Cup 🏆.

Don’t forget, we wear our lotus shirts to every class for fight week. Have a great week everyone and see you on the mats!

Everyone has the will to fight. But not everyone has will to prepare. To diet, sacrifice, promote, and train. On top of their normal activities. Fighting is easy, preparing isn’t.

A big thing in the gym is always hygiene. This also includes your gear. Always wipe down your gear and sanitize it to keep it clean and smelling good. No one want to spar with a funky partner. Every so often give your gear a good scrubbing.
