This Friday (June 5) enjoy some delicious Asian Fusion cuisine from a Broyhill Crest favorite truck - New Gourmet Delight. The truck will be in the pool parking lot (7212 Early St.) from 5-7:30 p.m., featuring Bahn Mi Tacos filled with Grilled Chicken, Pork Belly Tacos, and Lemongrass Tofu Tacos. Choose from Delicious Paninis with tasty Brisket Bulgogi, Pork or Chicken; Chinese 5 Spice Fried Chicken Sandwich; or Bao Buns filled with Pork Belly or Lemongrass Tofu. Their recipes are rooted in tradition and made with authentic ingredients that have been enjoyed for generations throughout the Himalayan region. Try the famous MOMOs — traditional Nepalese dumplings that are a beloved finger food across Nepal.
