📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE – NEW SCHEDULES, MEMBERSHIPS & TRAINING OPTIONS BEGIN MONDAY, JUNE 8 2026🚨‼️

As we continue to grow, we’ve made several updates to our class schedules, membership options, personal training services, open gym hours, and Strength & Conditioning programs.

Starting Monday, June 8, all new schedules and pricing sheets will officially go into effect.

Here’s what’s new:

🥊 Updated Boxing Class Schedule
Classes remain available 7 days a week for all ages and experience levels, with a clear progression from Fundamentals to Intermediate, Jr. Competition, and Competition Team training.

💪 Strength & Conditioning Now Available
Through our partnership with Athlete Blueprint, members now have access to dedicated Strength & Conditioning classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching through our new Z’s Boxing Gear Performance Center.

🏋️ Open Gym Hours Added
Members now have designated Open Gym opportunities throughout the week to work independently, complete assigned workouts, or schedule personal training sessions.

🎯 New Performance Memberships
Our new Performance Membership option combines regular gym membership benefits with monthly 1:1 coaching sessions for athletes looking for additional accountability and accelerated development.

👊 Updated Personal Training Options
New pricing and package structures are now available for boxing, strength & conditioning, nutrition coaching, and small group training.

🛍️ Z’s Boxing Gear Store Hours Released
Our retail store is officially opening with dedicated operating hours, making it easier than ever to get gloves, apparel, equipment, supplements, and recovery products.

Please take a few minutes to review the new schedules and pricing sheets that will be posted throughout the facility and online.

What started as a dream has already become something special. In just one year, we’ve grown from a local boxing gym into a community producing state champions, regional champions, national contenders, and athletes representing Annandale on some of the biggest stages in the country.
