Ready for PHASE ONE⁉️

We want to start the year off with a solid foundation by building strength and movement quality. You will find foundational movements in our workouts for the next 4 weeks with lighter loads and higher reps with a controlled tempo. This phase is about preparing to adapt to more demanding phases coming up, keep that in mind when your coaches are going over class!

Steve treats every class like a challenge and to gives it all he’s got! We’ve seen him come out of his shell since coming to the studio and become more and more confident with exercises! Keep up the hard work Steve 💪🏼❕💪🏼

❄️Why do you love F45?

You Get Results. (period) F45 provides structure to your exercise routine. You never have to worry about what exercises to do or how for how long. Everything is already planned out for you. The trainers ensure you are doing it right & provide motivation.

❄️Why did you start?

I was over 300lbs 10 years ago. I managed to get down to 250lbs & there I stayed for the last several years, switching from one fad diet to the next. My way of loosing weight was not working, so I made some permanent lifestyle changes & began crossfit with the vow to never stop going no matter the outcome. A non-negotiable pact to myself. Now I’m 200 lbs.

❄️What keeps you motivated?

Turning 50 years young was a huge milestone. I made the commitment to get into the best possible physical condition I can, so that the second half of my life will be even better than the first half. And be able to finally do things I’ve always put off. Most importantly, my confidence is growing and only getting better.

❄️What have you learned about yourself since committing to the studio?

Even though I vowed to keep going to F45 no matter what happens, will I achieve the results I want? Do I have what it takes to do this? I went in with the mindset I was very out of shape & needed to loose alot of weight & that there would be others there who where way ahead in fitness from me. But I wasn’t here for them, I was here for me. I started with 2 classes a week & now I’m up to 5 a week. Others are proud of me & I appreciate that, but mostly..I’m proud of myself & I earned it.
