Naval Academy Aquatic Club - Water Polo

*Spring Rec League is back!

NAVY AC Water Polo is again offering a 7 week water polo session for our young Maryland athletes who want to try water polo.
This is open for ages 9 to 16.

Our new players usually have experience in one of the following:
- Summer Swim!
- Lacrosse!
- Basketball!

Any combination of ball skills, field knowledge, and swim ability are a perfect start for water polo.

Swim Requirement:
*Candidates must be able to swim the length of the pool and tread water (the pool is all deep). We will conduct a swim test on athletes first day of arrival, for any reason they don't pass we will refund the registration fee.

*The sport of water polo requires players to swim and eggbeat (tread water) for long periods of time. Players are not allowed to touch the bottom of the pool nor hold onto the side of the pool while playing, thus the importance of having strong swimming and eggbeating skills.

The 16u Futures SuperFinals Navy team! They played this past weekend out in the greater California San Francisco Bay area

Way to Go! The club had so many athletes attending the Navy Summer WP camp last week.
