Don't ever stop moving and you won't loose your mobility.
When you get injured or run into other obstacles, modify but never quit!
If your leg (ankle, knee etc.) is healing, its a great time to focus on core, upper body strength. Injure your wrist? Focus on running and yoga without high planks and forgoing dumb bell workouts for a little while. Be kind to yourself and take the time to do what it takes to heal and strengthen the weak links (physical therapy, slowly rebuilding strength and correcting imbalances etc.). We can bounce back many more times than we might think possible.
