⛳ Yoga for Golfers: Mobility & Mindfulness

Join Adriana (certified Yoga Instructor who also works at X-Golf!) for a unique golf and wellness experience designed to help you move better, feel better, and ultimately play better.

Through intentional stretching and guided movement, this session is designed to help golfers improve three key areas:

✨ Mobility – move more freely through your swing

⚖️ Balance – build stability and control

🔄 Controlled Rotation – generate power while protecting the spine

No yoga experience is necessary — this class is beginner-friendly and open to golfers of all levels.
