Smoke billets are so much fun. I'm always surprised with the messages and what we see.

We are doing smoke billets tonight after meditation.

We did Kundalini Yoga each day. 9 people joined in the yoga. Thank you God.

Diane, Sherry & I attended ISD-DC's retreat on Gratitude. We have new appreciation for our connection and Spiritual Home. I have no doubt our hearts have been opened to a new and higher level.

Moving to Thursday evenings at 7pm. Still studying 4 Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

We had a movie night and watched 'Chico Xavier'. Fabulous Brazilian movie that touched our hearts. Thanks Kathy South for sharing with us while you were here in Annapolis.

We are discussing the 4th Agreement: "Do Your Best" this evening at 7pm

We discussed the third agreement: "Don't make any assumptions" this week. It's amazing to see what we still assume to be true. Take a look at your assumptions to see if they are still true or ever was.
