Meet Dani, the ultimate door expert—or at least she thinks she is! 🐶 She’s mastered the art of standing half in the house and half out... but I’m pretty sure she hasn’t quite figured out how screens work yet. Spoiler alert: being halfway through doesn’t keep the bugs out, Dani!

You never know what surprises come with showing homes! Check out the dog in the back seat—he decided to run away from home and sneak into my car like it was his personal taxi. I ended up giving him a full tour of the farm, including several buildings, before finally taking him back home. Trying to explain THAT to the buyers? Let’s just say my storytelling skills got a serious workout! Who else has had unexpected “guests” during showings? 🐶🚗😂

The USDA has officially designated 9 Maryland counties as Primary Natural Disaster Areas due to a severe drought impacting the region. These counties experienced drought intensity levels ranging from severe to extreme for eight or more weeks during the growing season. Notably, Prince George’s and Charles Counties are included in this designation and are now eligible for federal assistance.
