𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 🍂

There will be no dance fitness classes during the month of November as we always take time to give thanks to our incredible community and, most importantly, ourselves.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹.
This is your reminder to slow down, celebrate how far you've come, revisit your goals, and allow yourself the grace to recharge.

Thank you for being part of this amazing community. I'm so grateful for each and every one of you. 💚

Enjoy this season of gratitude, rest, and renewal. I can't wait to dance with you again soon and kick off some fun holiday classes together! 🎄

🍁 Handmade. High‑quality. Happiness in every jar.

We’re so excited to welcome Rachel, owner and creator of Simply Soft Sugar Scrubs as a sponsor for our Fall Wellness Retreat.🙌

💕Rachel is a wife, mom of three, and the heart behind this handmade body‑care brand she launched in 2021. What started as a creative outlet has grown into a business rooted in connection, self‑care, and bringing a little moment of happiness to women’s everyday lives.

🫧She creates luxurious, handmade products — from 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗯𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀, and more — all crafted with high‑quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.

🍂For this retreat, Rachel is treating our ladies to a 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 that will leave one lucky lady feeling refreshed, pampered, and simply soft.

We’re so grateful for her generosity and for the joy she brings to our community!

Check out all the goodies!
